Microgreens

What are Microgreens?

Microgreens are a stage in a plant’s life. They are the next stage after a sprout and before the plant matures. They are grown in soil or another medium, sometimes coconut fiber. Many microgreens are only grown for 10-14 days before they are harvested and ready to eat.
